Welcome to conversation 12, of Unique Perspectiva; the first episode of 2025 and of Season 2! The Unique Perspectiva podcast is a collection of stories, findings, and conversations that embrace the unique perspectives each of us has.

We also talk about the Reflection Cycle where we must first reflect, take time to rest and integrate, to learn, take those learning to make a plan, and then take action. Reflecting and rest are extremely important to take care of our present selves and to build a good foundation for our future selves.
